I'm sorry to anyone reading my blog. I know I am seriously lacking in updating but my summer has been nuts. Just wanted to let yall know I found an app that lets you scan the bar code of food and it tells you if it has gluten in it. It can also tell you if there's dairy, soy, nuts etc. And it's FREE.
